Beginning Dog Obedience

If you need help with canine communication and correcting your dog’s bad habits, enroll Fido now! All breeds of dogs, ages six months or older. (Larger breeds, 4 months.) All Novice obedience exercises will be covered, (heel, automatic sit, sit-stay, down-stay, stand for inspection, and come), hand signals, long-distance, and off-leash work. Behavioral problems will also be addressed. No dogs at the first meeting. Bring a chair and current shot records. Trophies and certificates awarded at graduation.

Intermediate Dog Obedience

Five weeks of intensive practice and drill on all your novice obedience exercises! This class is for anyone whose dog has completed a basic obedience course and wants to continue polishing their dog’s skills in a class setting. Bring dogs to first meeting with leash, training collar, 30’ long line.

“Crash Course” In Basic Canine Manners

Accomplish your training goals and get behavior problems under control in just 4 weeks! Exercises include: sit and down on command, stay in sit or down position with distractions, come when called and controlled walking on a leash. For dogs ages 4 months or older. Vaccinations must be current. Please pre-register. You will be contacted regarding what to bring to first meeting. Dogs attend all meetings. American Kennel Club Canine Good Citizen Test

Is your dog a good citizen when he’s out in public? Your dog will be tested in 10 skill areas, and those who pass will be given paperwork to obtain their official certificate from A.K.C. and now your dog can also earn the C.G.C TITLE on his records!.
