It’s that time again for the 5th annual CSPAT Summer Conditioning Camp. CSPAT is on a mission to spread the word on changing how we approach youth athletics. Young athletes constantly start their seasons unfit and athletically unprepared to enable themselves to excel faster in their sport. The last four years success, meant over 400 of South OC’s youth athletes were conditioned and prepared for their sport. This year we hope to reach even more. We guarantee we will have you and your team ready!

CSPAT Clark Sports Personal Athletic Training

CSPAT Training Programs are designed to give every athlete what they need to tap into their athletic potential. Our skills training offers you a chance to learn your position the way its taught at the next level from a former pro-athlete.
Coed, Open to all Sports
Fee: $215 for 5 weeks / $195 for 4 weeks
$170 for 3 weeks / $140 for 2 weeks / $80 for 1 week
(Register before June 1 and get $10 off)

• Learn how to run a 40 yard dash, short shuttle, broad and vertical jump.
• Gain knowledge on running form, acceleration, proper warm-ups and recovery.
