Massage
- Bear Creek Signature Massage: A traditional Swedish massage which increases circulation, relieves muscle strain and tension while promoting full-body relaxation. Our most popular massage.
- Neck, Back and Shoulder Massage: This massage is focused on the areas of the body where most stress is carried- through the neck, upper back and shoulders. Our therapist is able to target specific areas to reduce chronic stiffness and relieve tension.
- Deep Tissue Massage: This is preferred by those familiar with massage and desire deeper and firmer pressure. It focuses on trigger points often associated with stiff or exhausted muscles, providing relief of chronic muscle tensions.
- Couples Massage: Enjoy a massage together in the same room. A great way to relax and unwind together! Our therapists will tailor the massage to suit your individual needs.

Body Treatments
- Body Glow Scrub: A great addition to a massage, or a wonderful treatment on its own. A gentle exfoliation using an ayurvedic mineral salt blend, followed by removal with warm compresses, and, if not followed by a massage, a nourishing lotion is applied.
- Body Luxe Hydrating Wrap: Following a thorough corn meal exfoliation, a moisture- binding emollient is applied to the skin. A thermal wrap boosts product absorption, and relaxation! A brief massage completes the treatment, leaving skin perfectly hydrated.
- A Perfect Pedicure: Treat yourself to 45 minutes of foot pampering. Includes a refreshing salt scrub, soothing soak, and extensive massage.
Facial Services
- Classic European Facial: This service includes a gentle cleanse with steam, exfoliation, extractions, extensive massage to face, shoulders and scalp, and customized mask.
- Pick-Me-Up Facial: For clients just needing a quick boost, or for those with busy schedules. Includes a quick cleanse/exfoliation with steam to hydrate, and a customized mask, with massage to shoulders and neck.
- Back-to-Facial: A facial for the back! A deep cleanse, and thorough exfoliation to remove dead skin cells, a soothing massage to relieve stress, and a refining mask, to leave your back silky smooth.
Reflexology/Zone Therapy
- Foot Reflexology: Works on pressure points to the feet to promote healing, remove toxins, relieve stress and provide over all well being and relaxation.
