Owner and founder, Arnie Mazza started in the construction industry at the age of 16 working for a large framing contractor. In 1979, he became a licenced pest control operator and started a pest business. In 1986, he became a licensed general contractor license #b-493792.
Over the years he performed repairs and replacement to structures due to damage from wood destroying insects or dry-rot and soon had other termite companies calling on him to perform the repairs. For over the past 15 years, Arnie has been developing products to permanently repair the faulty wood. He has established a system that will accomplish this and in most cases, we do not have to remove the other structural components such as roof systems, soffits, sidding, etc. Without all these processes involved this equates to significant savings. In some cases, we have saved some clients more than 300%.
