Adolfo Delgado, Director of the Binational Committee United for Children recently met with the Mayor of Loreto, Arely Arce, the meeting was held to help promote Loreto and their history in the United States.
Mayor Arce was re-elected and will serve three more years for the city of Loreto. He will be working closely with the Binational Committee United, a nonprofit organization that donates food to DIF Loreto, providing nutritional programs for the children of Loreto.
Mr. Delgado will be organizing a workshop on food safety in Loreto and will also provide recipes for the preparation of the Manna Pack, food donated by Feed My Starving Children and will is distributed by Hilarious Givers.
The City of Loreto will proclaim the Social Tourism Capital in Baja California Sur, in a ceremony where the University of San Diego State will participate in the Ruta de Voluntariado.
