FAMILY MEDICINE
“I chose a career in medicine because I wanted to help people improve their lives and family practice gives me the opportunity to care for people at any stage of life, from infancy to adulthood.”
Dr. Bare joined MemorialCare Medical Group in 2005, as one of our urgent care providers. Being board certified in family medicine, he transitioned into family practice in 2017. Growing up in South Orange County, Dr. Bare attended Loma Linda University School of Medicine, followed by an internship and residency at Harbor UC Los Angeles Medical Center.
He enjoys working with his patients and seeing them become empowered to make a difference in their own health. When he is not in the office, you may find him participating in triathlons or cycling. He also is a devoted father of three children and enjoys playing worship music at his church.

Bonnie Pittaluga, MD
PEDIATRICS
Board certified in pediatrics, Dr. Pittaluga entered the field of medicine due to her interest in science and to help others. Her favorite aspect of the physician-patient relationship is watching her young patients grow and go through their life experiences with innocence, resilience, and imagination. She believes that early patient education and prevention are important components of patient care.
Dr. Pittaluga began her medical education at St. George’s University School of Medicine in 2001, where she graduated in the top 3% of her class. She continued her residency training at Children’s Hospital of Orange County and finally joined the MemorialCare team in 2005.
In her spare time, she enjoys going to church, reading, hiking and spending time with her family and her dog, Roxy.
