Winter Fest OC Kicks Off November 22nd with Special 10-Day Opening Run through Thanksgiving Weekend
Southern California’s largest winter festival “Winter Fest OC,” kicks off the holiday season on November 22nd with a special 10-day opening run through Thanksgiving weekend. Home of the region’s largest outdoor ice skating rink, an 8,000-square-foot real snow play area, and a 150-foot ice tubing slide, Winter Fest OC brings a snowy paradise to Southern California. The event is open for 35 select days of family-friendly and date night fun in Costa Mesa through January 5th.
Winter Fest OC promises fun for all ages, transforming the OC Fair & Event Center into a winter wonderland with massive holiday decor, thrilling snow and ice activities, immersive experiences, more than 50 carnival rides, games and attractions, unique photo opportunities, seasonal food and drinks, and an all-new holiday light show featuring more than 2 million lights with synchronized music. For the first time in Winter Fest OC history, the enchanting magical winter wonderland will be open all of Thanksgiving week, offering the perfect way for guests to start the holiday season.

NORTH POLE JOURNEY IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCE
Embark on a magical, immersive adventure in the “North Pole Journey” experience where guests will walk through the Forest of Light, Holiday Town and Toy Workshop lands to enter Winter Fest OC. Featuring interactive props, engaging characters, holiday-themed games, music, and endless photo opportunities, North Pole Journey will transport attendees into the winter wonderland of Winter Fest OC.
PHOTOS WITH SANTA
Santa photos are available in the Toy Workshop area of North Pole Journey through December 24. The Santa Photo Package allows guests to take a photo with Old Saint Nick for $19.99, including an expedited line and one 8×10 photo print to cherish the memories of the holiday season. A separate line will be offered for guests to take complimentary photos with Santa on their own devices.
SNOW & ICE ACTIVITIES
Dive into the holiday magic with ice skating on the region’s largest outdoor ice rink, race down the thrilling 150-foot Snowflake Summit ice tubing slide, and make unforgettable memories in the Snow Play area! Families of all ages can build snowmen and play games, while the little kids ride the snow carousel and enjoy all the wintery fun the season has to offer.

VIP FIRESIDE PRIVATE IGLOO RENTALS
Enjoy a cozy igloo for up to 10 guests complete with plush seating, a private fire pit, and a breathtaking view of the nightly holiday light show.
