Fitness Classes
Start your weekend with a vigorous, dynamic, high-intensity workout. We will be working on fast-paced drills, lots of hitting, conditioning, combined with a little competition guaranteed to get your heart rate up. You don’t have to be a tennis expert, just come with a racquet.
Minimum of 4 students. *All students must bring an unopened can of tennis balls to the first class.

Quickstart Parent & Me Tennis Class
This program is designed for kids under 10 years old and a parent. The USTA and ITF have joined forces to help kids learn the game with ease, providing new ideas, bigger/softer balls, and smaller courts. This class is for all levels of experience. Ratio 6:1. Fee is for one child and one parent. There is a fee of $50 for each additional parent, child or family member. Minimum of 4 students.

Tennis: Adult / Level 1 & 2
For those who can’t make it during the week, this is your chance to play and become a “Weekend Warrior.” Technique, drills, and fun games are the fundamentals of this class. Minimum of 4 students.

This is the perfect class for all levels who want to improve and eventually compete. Technique, footwork and fun drills are the fundamentals. Juniors will be divided by age and level according to their ability. Minimum of 4 students.

Jr. Tennis League
This league is for kids who want to gain experience to play in Team Tennis or make a school tennis team. All participants will play 2 to 3 matches per weekend and fitness drills oriented towards tennis will be included. Players will get help from coaches during matches. Minimum of 10 students.

Top Spin Tennis Academy
If you have a child who wants to develop the basic tennis strokes, improve his/her conditioning while learning valuable techniques in footwork and match strategy, then this is the program your child should take part in. This group class will be structured to provide opportunities in skill development with the serve, volley, forehand and backhand. Additionally, participants will engage in drills and fun games to practice the essential tennis movement patterns.
Fee: $66/4 sessions
